Lydya Aguilera

Lydya Aguilera is currently the Technical Business Manager for Raman Spectroscopy at Endress+Hauser Group, overseeing the development and execution of business strategies for Advanced Analytics in various industrial applications. Previous experience includes serving as a Sales Engineer at MTB España from April 2017 to June 2023, and working as a Project Associate at CSIC, where Lydya developed and optimized silver thin film coatings for telecommunication satellites as part of ESA projects. Additionally, Lydya was a PhD student focused on surface characterization of materials, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy in Nanostructured Materials from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Earlier education includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo.
