EnduraCare Therapy Management, Inc provided Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services under contract, to Skilled Nursing Facilities. The company began in 2000 and in 2002 purchased Alabama based Therapy Management Services. At one point, EnduraCare Therapy Management provided therapy services to more than 225 locations in 32 states. These settings included Acute Care Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Centers. 

EnduraCare Therapy Management operated as an Acute Care Division and a Long Term Care Division. In October of 2011, the Acute Care Division was sold and became EnduraCare Acute Care Services. The Long Term Division was acquired by Select Rehabilitation, Inc effective January 31, 2012.

Today the surviving company operates as EnduraCare Acute Care Services, LLC and focuses on providing rehab to hospitals across the nation in all acute care rehab settings.
