Jag Arumugam

Jag Arumugam has extensive work experience in information technology, with various roles in different companies.

Jag currently works at Endurance Environmental Solutions as the Vice President of Information Technology, a position they assumed in 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at the same company from 2022 to 2023.

Prior to their role at Endurance Environmental Solutions, Jag Arumugam worked at Signode as a Senior Information Technology Manager starting in 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading enterprise IT transformation and strategic planning, as well as the implementation of business solutions using the Microsoft Technology Stack.

From 2015, Jag Arumugam worked with multiple clients such as Kraft Heinz, Estee Lauder, and Abbott as an ERP - SAP/ MS AX NAV Transformation Management Consultant. In this role, they led projects for implementing Workday HCM and payroll integration solutions and managed various projects under the Order to Cash portfolio.

Before that, they worked at Crown Holdings, Inc. as a Senior Manager of IT - ERP and Business Systems from 2018 to 2022.

From 2013 to 2015, Jag Arumugam was a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, where they established and managed industry solutions and drove integration architecture for complex HCM solutions.

Jag started their career at Motorola Solutions in 1998, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. Jag eventually became the Manager of IT - Service Delivery, leading a multimillion dollar separation project for Motorola Inc. involving SAP ECC 6.

Throughout their career, Jag Arumugam has demonstrated expertise in IT management, ERP implementation, strategic planning, and project leadership.

Jag Arumugam has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai. Jag also has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Processing, and Business Administration Streams from AIP (previously TIPIE), National Productivity Council, Government of India. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Flexible Manufacturing Systems from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering in September 1998.
