Lauren Wescott, M.Ed, is an accomplished professional in the field of education and project management, currently serving as the Director of Project Operations at Endurance Learning since September 2018. With a strong background in instructional design, Lauren successfully manages numerous projects, enhancing client relationships and program management as a former Learning and Development Manager. Lauren's innovative contributions include leading the design of the award-winning Soapbox tool and implementing iPad-integrated learning as an Elementary School Teacher at Seattle Christian Schools. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Language Arts from Seattle Pacific University.
