Bart Haley has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Endurance Lift Solutions since April 2021, Bart previously held the same position at Flowco Production Solutions from 2017 to 2020. Bart's career at Chevron from 2003 to 2016 as an Artificial Lift Coordinator involved optimizing production and troubleshooting issues across the Midcontinent Business Unit, as well as leading Lean Sigma processes and training new engineers. Earlier roles included Operations Supervisor at Texaco managing teams for oil and gas operations and Reliability Engineering Driver at Texaco Exploration and Production, focusing on root cause failure analysis. Bart began in the industry as an Engineer Assistant, overseeing drilling and completion processes. Bart holds a degree in Petroleum Technology from Western Texas College, completed between 1980 and 1982.
