Mihail Plesca is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Endurance Lift Solutions since August 2022, Mihail previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Lufkin Industries, focusing on the European Market, Russia, and CIS countries from January 2021 to November 2022. Prior roles include Sales Application Engineer at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included customer relationship management and providing technical assistance for artificial lift products, and ESP Field Engineer at GE Oil & Gas, handling completion engineering duties related to ESP installations. Mihail began the career as a Mechanical Engineer at Upetrom 1 Mai, specializing in the installation and commissioning of drilling rigs. Mihail earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași in 2009.
