Adrian Cassidy's work experience begins in 2008 as a Performance Coach for British Rowing, where they coached athletes and mentored coaches in the High Performance Club program. From 2009 to 2013, they served as Chief Coach for Rowing Ireland, designing and implementing selection structures and training programs while establishing a High Performance Culture.

In 2013, Cassidy attended Ashridge as a student and also worked as an Executive Coach and High Performance Teams manager for HPCoaching. Adrian'sresponsibilities included coaching programs, change management, mentoring, talent development, and multi-lingual communication.

Cassidy then worked as a Corporate Coach for Mackie Consulting in 2014 and as an Associate for Lane4 from 2014 to 2018. In 2015, they founded ErgStick Ltd and Ludum, where they served as Co-Founder and CEO respectively. These companies provided sports and athlete management platforms, revolutionizing communication and analysis in endurance sports.

Additionally, in 2015, Cassidy worked as a Director for The Team Builder, offering comprehensive plans to improve team performance through communication, trust, and leadership development. Adrian also served as a Co-Founder for ErgStick Ltd during this time.

Lastly, in 2016, Cassidy became the CEO of Endurance Sports Research Limited, a proven SaaS provider for coaches. The company delivers a blend of their own Coach Tech brand and partners with bespoke customer-led app creation.

Adrian Cassidy's education history begins in 1984 when they attended the Royal Shrewsbury School from 1984 to 1989. However, no information is available regarding the degree or field of study pursued during this time. Moving forward, in the period from 1990 to 1995, Adrian attended UCL and obtained a BSc degree in Biochemistry. Finally, in 2013 to 2014, Adrian enrolled at Hult Ashridge and completed a Masters degree in Executive Coaching, earning an AMEC degree.
