Brandon Salm

Brandon Salm has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Information Technology Intern at Baxter Healthcare, focusing on vulnerability management and security. In 2013, they interned at Discover Financial Services, where they developed software solutions for their Fraud team. During this time, they also worked as a Computer Science Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Illinois State University. In 2014, Brandon joined Sogeti USA as a Software Development Consultant before transitioning to Clarity Consulting in 2015, where they served as a Software Engineer Manager. In 2018, they worked at Neighborhoods.com as a Software Engineer, concentrating on front-end development and automated testing. Brandon is currently Vice President of Software Engineering at Endurance, where they lead software engineering initiatives. Overall, Brandon has a strong background in software engineering, management, and research.

Brandon Salm completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from McHenry County College from 2009 to 2011. Brandon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013.
