Staci Tubbs

Staci Tubbs, CPCC, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Endurance Warranty Services, a leading provider of vehicle service contracts, since June 2024. Previously, Staci held the same title at Tricolor Holdings from January 2022 to May 2024 and served as Executive Vice President of Content and Facilitation at RevJen Group from November 2019 to January 2022, focusing on empowering nonprofit leaders. Staci founded Staci Tubbs Leadership, a management consultancy, in December 2014, after leading Stellar as CEO, where a successful re-engineering of processes was achieved. Staci's earlier roles include Vice President of Sales and Integration at ACS, a Xerox Company, overseeing significant sales quotas, and Regional Vice President of Call Center Operations at ACS, managing a large client account. Staci began the career as General Manager at Stellar, handling full P&L responsibilities for multiple call centers. Staci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cornell University.
