Artūras Bručkus

Artūras Bručkus has a diverse work experience in various roles. Artūras began their career at R1 RCM as a Patient satisfaction caller, where they conducted surveys and collected feedback on healthcare facility visits. Artūras consistently exceeded the team's key performance metrics and developed an AHK script to improve productivity. Later, they worked as a Junior RPA Operator I, handling automation processes.

In 2020, Artūras joined Hostinger International as a Customer Success Specialist, providing support to customers.

Currently, Artūras is working at Eneba as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, and they also worked as a Customer Support Specialist (Payments team), resolving customer issues and collaborating with payment service providers.

Artūras Bručkus attended Klaipėdos Ąžuolyno gimnazija from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they enrolled at Kaunas University of Technology in 2014 and is currently pursuing a degree in Software Systems.
