Diva Oktavia A. has worked in multiple companies, starting with a brief internship at RetGoo in 2019 as a Human Capital Intern. In 2020, they joined Redback Connect as a Marketing Customer Service representative where they handled customer requests and complaints, while also working on marketing campaigns. Diva Oktavia stayed in this role until April 2023. Currently, they work at Eneba as a Customer Support Specialist which started in June 2023.

Diva Oktavia A. completed their secondary education at SMK Telkom Malang from 2017 to 2020, studying computer software engineering. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature at Universitas Terbuka in 2022. In 2023, they obtained an EFSET English Certificate with a score of 75 out of 100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test. In 2021, they also completed a mini-course in digital marketing, called INTRO TO DIGITAL MARKETING MINI COURSE, from RevoU.
