Didier Rabaland

Didier Rabaland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Didier currently works at Eneco as the Head of Procurement Wind Offshore, where they lead and coaches a team of senior buyers and contract managers for sourcing and contract management activities related to offshore wind farms. Didier also coordinates Eneco's support to wind offshore projects developed by Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan and the US. Prior to this, Didier worked as the Sr. Category Lead Wind Offshore and was responsible for recruiting and coordinating a team for sourcing and contract management activities. Didier also defined and implemented the category and sourcing strategies for new wind offshore projects. Didier has also held various roles at South Stream Transport B.V., EDF Energy, EDF, European Institute for Energy Research, and Erdgas Erdöl GmbH. Didier'sexpertise lies in service contracts, development management, infrastructure contracts, portfolio optimization, and market analysis.

Didier Rabaland completed the Procurement Leadership Program (NEVI 3) at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in 2018. Didier also obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energetics and Thermodynamics from Centrale Nantes in 1999. In 2013, they received a Level 3 Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
