Ines Leonie Bouazra is an experienced professional in product management and strategic marketing with a robust background in developing innovative products and services across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Eneco since July 2022, Ines previously held the role of Senior Strategic Proposition Marketer (Product Owner) at de Volksbank, focusing on product development with a long-term profitability perspective. Ines’s expertise in customer-centric product development was honed at Essent as an Agile Product Developer, where facilitation of design thinking and agile methodologies took place across Europe. Before that, Ines garnered extensive marketing experience at KPN, where responsibilities spanned channel marketing, retention strategies, and project support. Ines holds a Master's degree in Management Studies (Strategy) from the University of Amsterdam, supplemented by a diverse educational background in marketing, technology, and visual communication.
