Randy Harmsen

Randy Harmsen has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Randy started their career at ONS Energie, where they worked as a Communication Medewerker and later as a Relatiebeheerder. Randy then moved to Eneco Business, where they held various roles including Account Support, Domein Expert Sales, Marketeer, and Business Analyst. Randy worked at Eneco Business from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Eneco Zakelijk as an Opleidingscoordinator, where they were responsible for setting up and guiding the Knowledge Center for Eneco Zakelijk. Randy later became the Expert Lead Learning & Coaching, overseeing the quality assurance of self-managed business teams through various learning interventions. In 2018, they transitioned to Eneco as the Expert Lead Learning CCO, where they were responsible for learning and quality within the Customer Care Organization for Eneco & Oxxio.

Randy Harmsen attended ICM opleidingen & trainingen from 2020 to 2021, specializing in Opleidingskunde. Prior to that, they studied HEAO Communicatie at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003.
