Kathy MacNamara has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathy started their career in 1989 as an Inside Sales Manager at the Kurt J. Lesker Company, where they successfully managed a team of 10 salespeople and implemented an efficient order processing system. Kathy then moved up to the role of International Sales Operations Manager, where they recruited and managed agents and distributors, resulting in a significant increase in sales. After working at Kurt J. Lesker Company, Kathy joined ComputerUser Magazine as a Group Publisher, where they successfully grew revenue and net income. Kathy then worked at The Berry Company as an Outside Sales representative, achieving outstanding sales performance. Kathy later joined Community Health Magazine as a Regional Sales Manager and finally landed the role of Regional Sales Director at ENECON Corporation.
Kathy MacNamara attended Robert Morris University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration.
