Kertu Lember

Kertu Lember is a seasoned professional in business process management with extensive experience in optimizing and developing billing and debt processes across Lithuania and Poland at ENEFIT since January 2025. Previously, Kertu held the role of Business Process Manager at Eesti Energia from June 2019 to December 2024. Prior to this, Kertu worked at Sweco Projekt AS from February 2014 to June 2019 as a Quality Manager and procurement specialist, focusing on continuous improvement of management systems and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Kertu holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tallinna Majanduskool, earned between 2010 and 2014, and furthered education at the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
