Natalie Heroux has extensive experience in executive leadership roles across various technology and consulting firms. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Business Process Services at Milestone Technologies, Inc., Natalie is responsible for developing and expanding several key service areas, including business analytics and artificial intelligence. Previous roles include General Manager at Astreya, Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Unify, and Director of Enterprise Sales at IBM, where Natalie achieved significant sales growth and program execution success. Additionally, Natalie contributes to several advisory boards, including The Channel Advisory Network and the Rutgers Big Data Advisory Board, and was a Global Program Executive at Unisys, overseeing complex technology programs.
