Francesco Bertoli

Francesco Bertoli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as CEO of Enel Colombia & Centro America since April 2024. Prior to this role, Francesco held various leadership positions within Enel Group, including Head of Construction and O&M at Enel Grids and Head of Enel Grids Colombia, overseeing a significant energy distribution business serving 3.8 million clients. Francesco's previous experience also encompasses head positions in network development, human resources for thermal generation, and management of power plants in Italy, including CCGT and coal-fired plants. With an educational background featuring an Executive MBA and specialized programs from institutions such as Harvard Business School and UC Berkeley, Francesco has honed skills in leadership, digital transformation, and energy management.
