Barbara Cornejo Sesnic

Barbara Cornejo Sesnic serves as the Jefe de Medio Ambiente at Enel Distribución since July 2020, bringing extensive experience in environmental management and forestry. Prior to this role, Barbara worked as Campaigns Manager at WWF-UK from January 2017 to March 2020 and held multiple positions at Corporación Nacional Forestal between June 2011 and April 2017, including Section Chief and Analyst in the Environmental Assessment and Forest Inspection Departments. Barbara's academic background includes a BSc in Forestry Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, complemented by advanced studies at Imperial College London and participation in the Climate-KIC Summer School. Additionally, Barbara contributed to academia as a Teacher Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in various environmental and agricultural subjects.
