Luigi Ottaiano

Luigi Ottaiano is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Health & Safety Italia and Grid Area Manager at E-Distribuzione since January 2020. Previously, Luigi held significant roles at Enel X, including Head of e-Mobility Solutions Italia and Head of Italy's Recharging Infrastructure Deployment Program, from June 2018 to November 2019. Luigi's earlier experience includes positions at E-DISTRIBUZIONE S.P.A. as Grid Area Manager and Head of Technical Support, as well as an extensive tenure at Enel Distribuzione in various managerial and technical roles over two decades, starting from 1996. Luigi began their career in the Italian Army as a Bersagliere from December 1997 to October 1998. Luigi holds a University Degree in Electrical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and an Electrical Technician qualification from Istituto Tecnico Industriale "Enrico Medi."
