Andrea Ranieri

Andrea Ranieri is an experienced professional in business development, currently serving as the Head of Business Development for the EMEA area at Enel Green Power since July 2011. Throughout the career at Enel, Andrea has successfully led significant projects including the financial closure of multiple wind farms in South Africa and extensive business development initiatives in North Africa and the Middle East, achieving notable agreements and project origination in the renewable energy sector. Prior experience includes roles focusing on operational efficiency in solar technology and coordination in operation and maintenance, along with prior positions at Poste Italiane and Nike. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and an Executive Master in Business Development from SDA Bocconi, complemented by a Master of Engineering in Neural Networks from the University of Groningen.
