Jesse Ann Duarte is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as General Counsel at Enel Green Power since March 2014, leading the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department and acting as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Enel Companies in Panamá. Previously, Jesse served as Legal Counsel at Generadora del Atlántico, S.A., overseeing legal matters and advising on internal affairs, and held positions at Gas Natural Fenosa, managing legal and regulatory issues as well as commercial operations. Jesse's foundational experience includes judicial roles as a Magistrate Assistant and Substitute Judge, along with a robust educational background, holding a Master's degree in Nuevos Delitos Penales and various qualifications in mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and commercial law from prestigious institutions.
