Massimiliano D'Arpino

Massimiliano D'Arpino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Chief Technical Officer of Enel Libra Flexsys and Head of BESS and Hydrogen Operational Excellence at Enel Green Power since June 2021. D'Arpino oversees operational efficiency processes within the BESS and hydrogen plant fleet and has held multiple strategic roles focused on the growth and management of Battery Energy Storage Systems. Prior to joining Enel Green Power, D'Arpino accumulated significant experience at Enel Group from 2006 to 2021, including leadership in O&M strategies for integrated storage systems and maintenance management. D'Arpino's earlier career includes roles in project management and engineering at Capgemini and ENEA. D'Arpino holds a Master's degree in Strategic and Innovative O&M Management from Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated with honors.
