Michelle Leblanc

Michelle Leblanc is a seasoned financial systems manager with extensive experience in business analysis and system consultation. Currently serving as the Senior Financial Systems Manager at Enel Green Power since September 2016, Michelle has a strong background in managing financial processes and systems. In addition, Michelle works as a Business System Analyst Consultant for Liberty Mutual, contributing to the Simplification Program by documenting functional system integrations and facilitating discussions across domains. Prior experience includes senior business analyst roles at Fidelity Investments, where Michelle introduced workforce planning methodologies, and at Skyworks Solutions, where Michelle re-engineered forecasting processes and implemented SAP systems. Michelle holds an MBA in Marketing from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Commercial Music and Recording from Georgia State University.
