Neelam Toppo

Neelam Toppo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as AGM HR, Coach, and Mentor at Enel Green Power since June 2016. Prior to this role, Neelam worked as HR Manager in the Strategic Engineering Division of The Tata Power Company Ltd. from February 2015 to May 2016, and held the position of Assistant Manager HR at the same company from March 2010 to February 2015, specializing in various HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, training, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Neelam's HR career began at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd., where responsibilities included manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and training initiatives from July 2007 to March 2010. Neelam holds an MBA in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
