Alessandro Lazzarotto

Alessandro Lazzarotto is a seasoned professional in renewable energy, currently serving as the Head of O&M Solar Strategy and Growth Unit of Enel Global Power Generation since July 2021. This role involves driving maintenance, spare parts, contract strategies for solar, and supporting project development due diligence. Prior to this, Alessandro held various leadership positions at Enel Green Power from September 2008 to July 2021, including Engineering & Construction Vice President, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of projects encompassing multiple renewable technologies across North America and Latin America. Additional roles included overseeing the North and Latin America Plant Construction Unit and leading the Geothermal Drilling Unit. Alessandro holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università di Pisa, completed in 1991.
