Camilla Chiusolo

Camilla Chiusolo currently serves as the Head of Global People Partner at Enel since July 2023. Previously, Chiusolo held the position of Head of Global People Business Partner Customer Engagement at Enel Group from April 2021 to March 2022 and served as Global People Business Partner at Enel Green Power from January 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities also included roles as Assistant to the CEO and Market Analyst. Chiusolo began a career at Enel spa as a Political Analyst in International Institutional Affairs from January 2011 to December 2014, and prior experience includes working as a Practicing Lawyer at Studio legale Ubaldini Dugato between September 2009 and January 2011. Academic credentials include a Business Development degree from SDA Bocconi, a Master's in Diplomatic Studies from SIOI, a law degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and participation in the Erasmus program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
