Fabrizio Mannaioli

Fabrizio Mannaioli is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Responsabile People Partner for Enel Green Power and Thermal Generation Italy since February 2024, overseeing the management of 3,800 employees across diverse energy production facilities. Prior to this role, Fabrizio held key positions within Enel Italia, leading People Business Partner operations for Staff and Services with a focus on approximately 2,100 personnel, and managing the Staff HR functions for 1,300 employees. Fabrizio’s earlier experience includes serving as Responsabile HR BP for Renewable Energies and Central Technical Functions at ENEL SpA, where oversight extended to around 3,000 employees in the rapidly developing renewable sector. Fabrizio holds a degree in Giurisprudenza from Sapienza Università di Roma.
