Ismael Pulido de la Calle

Ismael Pulido de la Calle currently serves as the Head of Idea Hub network at Enel Group, overseeing the coordination of Idea Hubs across multiple countries within the global People Innovability unit, a role held since January 2018. Previously, Ismael was the Head of Idea Hub Spain, focusing on managing cultural change and fostering innovation within Endesa. Prior experience includes various roles at Endesa from January 2003 to January 2018, where responsibilities spanned innovation management and R&D portfolio management. Ismael has also worked as a Training & Recruitment Manager at Endesa, HR Manager at Endesa Europe, and in HR at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies. Academic qualifications include a Psychology Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and multiple degrees in innovation and business management from esteemed institutions such as IE Business School and ESIC Business & Marketing School.
