Lorenzo Vallone

Lorenzo Vallone is an experienced Innovation Specialist at Enel Group since October 2011, focusing on identifying needs and scouting new solutions for electrical grid management, managing partnerships, and overseeing project management of innovative projects. Vallone has also served as a Project Manager Scrum Master, facilitating agile processes and coordinating activities among stakeholders, as well as an IT Project Manager specializing in infrastructure and networks, managing various projects with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
