Roger Toledo Gissoni

Roger Toledo Gissoni is a seasoned professional in the field of electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as the Head of Project Management Construction at Enel Group since October 2021, overseeing high voltage substations and transmission lines in São Paulo. Previously held significant roles at Energisa and CEMAR, where Roger managed crises, reduced operational costs, and led maintenance and expansion initiatives within electrical systems. With a strong academic foundation, including a degree in Control and Automation Engineering, a Master's in Energy and Environment, an MBA in Business Management, and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Maintenance Management, Roger has also contributed to the academic community as a professor in multiple institutions.
