Marc Chance N. has extensive experience in customer care, logistics, and commercial operations across various companies in Cameroon. Currently serving as a Customer Care/Polyvalent Agent at Eneo Cameroon S.A. since July 2021, responsibilities include advising clients on electrical safety and managing customer inquiries. Previously, Marc held positions such as Logistics Instructor at the Ecole Maritime et Portuaire d'Afrique Centrale, Stock Manager at Les Brasseries du Cameroun, and Commercial Operations Manager at SABC, where tasks involved developing marketing plans, managing sales teams, and ensuring product availability. Marc holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Montpellier, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from IUT de Douala, and a Diploma in Logistics and Transport from the Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Douala.
