Yann Carrel Amou'Ou Obam

Yann Carrel AMOU'OU OBAM currently serves as IT Support at Eneo Cameroon S.A. since July 2019, focusing on client satisfaction for regional colleagues using the company's IT tools and information systems, with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance to enhance service quality. Prior to this role, Yann held the position of IT Service Manager at Tecno Cameroun from December 2016 to June 2019. Yann obtained an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, and Networks from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Postes et Telecommunications (2014-2016) and a BTS in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, from Institut Superieur de Genie Thermique et Energie (ISGTE) in Douala (2012-2014).
