We help UK CPOs scale their network without scaling their support headcount.

As you deploy more chargers, the cost of failure rises. Traditional BPOs struggle with technical queries, and internal engineering teams get bogged down by "L1 noise."

Enera is the Hybrid AI + Human support layer that plugs directly into your existing CPMS and ticketing workflows.

We help Operators solve three specific problems:

✅ Stop Revenue Leakage: We resolve "how do I charge" issues instantly, turning failed sessions into revenue without driver abandonment.
✅ Reduce Engineering Waste: We filter out the noise so your expensive L2 engineers stop doing remote resets and get back to building infrastructure.
✅ Guaranteed Compliance: Our "Human-in-the-loop" model ensures you fully satisfy the UK Public Charge Point Regulations (24/7 Staffed Helpline) from Day 1.

How it works: Unlike traditional outsourcing, we don't require months of training. We ingest your existing troubleshooting flows and integrate with your CRM/CPMS. We handle the bulk of volume via AI, with seamless human handover for complex edge cases.

The Result: Charger uptime actually translate to revenue.
