Matthew Hurley

Matthew Hurley has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to program management, Agile transformation, and technical project management.

Most recently, they worked at Nike as a Senior Technical Program Manager, leading end-to-end technology programs and ensuring the understanding and addressing of opportunities, risks, and issues. Prior to that, they worked at Regions Bank as an Agile Program Manager, driving the implementation and adoption of Agile frameworks across the organization. Matthew also served as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Regions Bank, overseeing the delivery of Scrum teams and collaborating with Product Management.
