Mike Richardson

Mike Richardson's work experience begins in 2006 at TAB Bank, where they built and managed the Equipment Leasing Division and served as the Director of Third Party Originations. Mike was responsible for finding and vetting new originators, managing the flow of deals, negotiating pricing and structure, and troubleshooting issues in the approval and funding process. Mike later became the Director of Lender Solutions, originating re-discount facilities, brokered commercial equipment leases, and ABL and factoring participations. Mike also held the position of Director of Merchant Services, overseeing all aspects of the business including recruiting, hiring, employee management, risk analysis, and fraud monitoring.

In 2012, Mike joined First Utah Bank as the VP - Leasing Manager, where they developed the leasing department and worked on policies, compliance, and underwriting recommendations.

In 2014, Mike joined EFFI Finance, Inc. as COO, bringing funding together based on their experience and relationships in American industry and capital markets. Mike left EFFI Finance in 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Mike worked as the Vice President and Commercial Business Manager at First National Bank of Layton.

In 2016, Mike started their own company, Wayne Capital LLC, where they served as the Managing Member. Mike'sresponsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the business and focusing on underwriting and syndication of lease transactions.

In 2021, Mike joined CoreTech Leasing, Inc. as a Senior Manager, contributing to their technology and equipment leasing services for various industries.

In 2022, Mike became a Member of the Board of Advisors at NexGen Materials and the VP of Business Development at EnerBank USA, where they lead the nationwide expansion of net new programs and partners with various organizations to customize loan programs and drive company initiatives.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated skills in sales, negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and adaptability to evolving environments. Additionally, they have extensive experience in leasing, financing, and capital funding across multiple industries.

Mike Richardson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Utah, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
