Shannon Lee Walker

Shannon Lee Walker has a diverse work experience in web development and design. Recently, they worked as a Marketing Web Developer at EnerBank USA starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Frontend Developer at the Center for Excellence in Higher Education from August 2018 to August 2021. Shannon Lee also worked as a Frontend Developer at Software Technology Group from August 2018 to December 2018.

Shannon has experience as a Freelance Web Designer and Developer. From August 2016 to May 2017, they provided web development solutions for clients, including Deseret Management Corporation and PowerQuip. From May 2012 to August 2013, and from November 2013 to August 2014, they worked on various web development projects for clients, creating unique designs and executing them using Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JQuery, and PHP.

Additionally, Shannon has worked as a UI/UX Web Developer at Jorgenson Companies from February 2015 to July 2016, where they designed and developed custom WordPress/WooCommerce applications and created print and digital ads. Shannon Lee also worked as a UI Designer at CompleteXRM from August 2014 to January 2015, providing finishing touches on their Plan Plus Online web application and creating marketing campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Shannon worked as a Web Developer at Altec Computer Specialist from October 2011 to March 2012, where they developed and designed web projects, created web-based applications, and managed Google AdWords accounts. Shannon Lee also worked as a Web Developer at ALL LED LLC from November 2010 to July 2011, where they designed and implemented e-commerce stores, executed online advertising campaigns, and created complete corporate identities.

Throughout their career, Shannon has gained proficiency in various tools and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, jQuery, PHP, WordPress, and different e-commerce platforms like SunShop and PrestaShop.

Shannon Lee Walker began their education at Salt Lake Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Visual Art & Design. Afterward, in 2003 and 2004, they attended The Art Institutes and focused on Visual Effects / Motion Graphics.

In addition to their formal education, Shannon has also obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they received a certification in CSS: Variables and Fluid Layouts from LinkedIn. Moreover, in September 2019, they earned a certification in Learning CodeIgniter 3 from the same institution. Lastly, in August 2019, Shannon obtained a certification in JavaScript and AJAX: Integration Techniques, also from LinkedIn.
