Aslami Malick

Project Lead at Enercare

Aslami Malick has a diverse work experience in the energy industry, with roles at various companies. Starting at Direct Energy in 2002 as a Utility Billing Analyst, Malick served as a liaison between Ontario Utilities and internal departments. In 2004, Malick joined Direct Energy Business as a Business Analyst and later took on the role of an Industrial Gas Portfolio Analyst, responsible for managing high-profile clients' gas portfolios. In 2010, Malick worked at Hydro One as a Business Improvement Analyst, leading the implementation of a collections system. At Hydro One, Malick also served as a Business Analyst, playing a key role in implementing the SAP IS-U IDEX modules and spearheading enhancements and process re-engineering projects. In 2017, Malick joined Toronto Hydro as a Business Analyst, before moving to Enercare Inc. in 2018 as a Project Lead. Throughout their career, Malick has utilized various methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and has demonstrated skills in project management, requirements gathering, system configuration, and process improvement.

Aslami Malick attended West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1996 to 1998 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business and Economics. Aslami then went on to attend the University of Toronto from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management.
