Leslea L. has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Currently, Leslea works at Enercare Inc. as the Director of Facilities & Fleet, a position they have held since May 2022. Leslea also worked at Molson Coors Canada as the Global By-Product Revenue Manager from October 2013 to October 2014 and as a Senior Procurement Specialist in Packaging & Brewing from August 2010 to October 2013. Additionally, Leslea has experience working at the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games as a Manager of Material Planning from September 2008 to August 2010 and at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. as an Analyst in the Planning Department from January 2007 to September 2008.

Leslea L. holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies from Queen's University. Leslea also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Fredericton. Additionally, Leslea has a background in Sports Business Management from Durham College. Leslea has obtained certifications in the Hockey Canada Officiating Program (HCOP) - Level II, Hockey Trainers Certification Program, and NCCP Hockey Coach - Level I from institutions such as Hockey Canada and the Coaching Association of Canada.
