Najib Hayat

Najib Hayat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Najib worked as a Director, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT GRC) at Enercare Inc. and Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, where they held responsibilities related to IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Najib also worked as a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Consultant at both companies.

In addition, Najib served as the Chief Financial Officer at KPWcomms, where they were responsible for financial management. Najib founded NHK Consultants and held the positions of CEO, President, and Founder.

Najib Hayat completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology from York University's Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies from 2001 to 2006. Before that, they obtained a Diploma in Business and Computer Systems from Seneca Polytechnic between 1998 and 2001. Najib Hayat also holds various certifications, including Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer from ISACA in 2020, Certified Internal Auditor from the IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2018, and Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA in 2007. Najib is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) recognized by the respective professional accounting bodies in Ontario, Canada.
