Valerie Kuhlmann

Valerie Kuhlmann currently serves as Head of HR Digital Solutions at enercity, responsible for data analytics, digital systems and processes, and the digital workplace. Previously, Kuhlmann held the position of Head of HR Engineering (CoE) at enercity, overseeing HR digitalization, HR-IT, people analytics, compensation and benefits, employer branding, labor law, and information security while managing a team of over 15 employees. Prior experience includes roles at BASF SE, where Kuhlmann led employer branding and internships, implemented employer branding strategies, and conducted selection interviews. Kuhlmann began a career in HR at Otto (GmbH & Co. KG) as a working student and completed multiple internships during the academic path, including one in procurement at BASF (China) Co. Ltd. Kuhlmann holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen.
