Deborah Doherty

Deborah Doherty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Enercon Technologies since August 2023, Deborah previously held the position of Manager of the Project Management Office at NextPhase Medical Devices from February 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Deborah spent over two decades at Corning Incorporated, where roles included Business Process Manager for Supply Chain, Business Process Specialist, Division Performance Excellence Champion, Quality Manager, and Lean/Kaizen Leader. Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Operations Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
