Joerg M. Baier

Joerg M. Baier, LSSBB, serves as the Global Senior Manager for Lean Projects at ENERCON since January 2025. Previously, Joerg held the position of Head of Organizational Development/Management at Bayernwerk from June 2020 to December 2024, overseeing a team and successfully increasing earnings by approximately EUR 30 million annually. Joerg also served as a Senior Operational Excellence Manager at E.ON Inhouse Consulting GmbH, achieving a 50% reduction in customer complaint processing time. Other significant roles included Regional Transformation Partner at Maersk Line and First Choice Senior Advisor & Program Manager at Deutsche Post IT Services, where Joerg completed multiple process excellence projects with considerable financial impacts. Joerg holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Economics from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
