Niek Haan

Niek Haan currently serves as the Electrical Works Manager at ENERCON, a leading global manufacturer of wind turbines, since July 2019. In this role, Niek oversees electrical works related to the company's innovative gearless turbine design, which connects the hub and rotor blades directly to the generator's rotor. Prior to ENERCON, Niek held the position of Manager of the Sales Department at Terberg Control Systems from September 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included the management of sales and projects in the Asia and EAME regions. Niek's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Hanze University, supplemented by international studies at Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland and an earlier degree in Electrical Engineering from Alfa-college.
