Nike Emden

Nike Emden currently serves as the Global Head of HR Business Partners at ENERCON since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nike held various key positions at Alstom from January 2021 to October 2025, including HR Director of Strategy, Governance & Performance, and was involved in cultural change initiatives. Nike’s career in HR began at Bombardier Transportation GmbH from January 2011 to January 2021, where significant contributions were made in program management, restructuring, and cultural transformations. Nike holds degrees in Economics from both Freie Universität Berlin and The University of Göttingen, with proficiency in German.
