Raghu Nandan

Raghu Nandan currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Global Operational Excellence and Quality at ENERCON since December 2022, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives to enhance Generator Large Scale Assembly processes and conducting Lean Six Sigma training to promote process optimization. Prior experience includes a tenure at BOSCH AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from April 2017 to December 2022, where Raghu held the position of Senior Engineer focusing on continuous improvement and implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts, alongside earlier roles as an Engineer and Junior Engineer at Nexteer Automotive. Raghu's educational background includes a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education Bengaluru.
