Greg Barnett, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of people science. In 1997, they began their career as a Research Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership. Greg then served as a Graduate Student at the University of Tulsa. From 2000-2007, they held the role of Senior Consultant and then Director of Operations/Product Strategy at Hogan Assessment Systems. In 2007, they moved to Kenexa where they served as Director of Operations/Product Strategy. In 2012, they joined IBM as a Senior Managing Consultant. In 2015, they returned to Hogan Assessment Systems as Senior Vice President of Science and Vice President of Research and Development. In 2020, they joined PerceptionPredict as Scientific Advisor and VP of People Science. In 2021, they became Chief People Scientist at Energage and Scientific Advisor at Core Strengths.

Greg Barnett, Ph.D. began their educational journey in 1991 when they attended Cheyenne Mountain. Greg then went on to University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1997. Greg continued their studies at The University of Tulsa, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2004. In 2015, they obtained a Predictive Index Trained Analyst certification from The Predictive Index. In 2019, they became a PI Certified Talent Optimization Leader from Talent Optimization by The Predictive Index.
