Kristyn Boumal began their career in 2014 as a Teller at TD. In 2015, they joined First Niagara Bank as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Senior Teller in November of the same year. Her responsibilities included managing the teller line, assisting customers with their account questions and transactions, managing the vault and ATM needs, and ensuring the branch was consistently up-to-date with Banking compliance standards.
In 2016, Kristyn was Lead Teller at Key Corporate & Commercial Bank. Kristyn was the sole teller of the bank and operated with no Branch Manager.
In 2017, Kristyn joined Energage as a Business Analyst Quality Assurance. Kristyn then transitioned to Support Engineer, where they taught herself SQL and supported their Survey product for customers and internal users. Kristyn also served as Survey Logistics Coordinator.
Kristyn Boumal attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Fine and Studio Arts.
