Lisa Black

Lisa Black (she/her) has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with Kenexa, where they were a Research Consultant, Research Consultant Team Lead, and Research Analyst. In 2013, they joined IBM Talent Management Solutions as a Senior Consultant. Lisa then moved to IBM in 2015 as a Managing Consultant. In 2017, they returned to IBM Talent Management Solutions as a Business Consultant. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at The Predictive Index, where they held the roles of Services Product Manager, Senior Research Consultant, Lead Scientist, DIAGNOSE, and Research Consultant. Currently, they are a Director of Data Science at Energage.

Lisa Black obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2005. Lisa also completed graduate level work in Qualitative, Quantitative, and Psychometric Methods at the same university. In 2019, they earned a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Utica University. Additionally, they hold certifications in Cognitive Practitioner, Healthcare Industry Foundations, and IBM Design Thinking.
