Matt Riordan

Matt Riordan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and defense contract management. Currently serving as a Consultant and Director of Partnership Intermediary Agreements at the Energetics Technology Center since October 2019, Matt supports military services by fostering technology-oriented research and development. Prior to this role, Matt led the Systems Interfaces Tiger Team at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, contributing to a significant Electronic Health Record modernization initiative. Matt's previous experience includes serving as Division Chief for the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as a Colonel in the U.S. Army, overseeing substantial intelligence and supply requirements.
